Raw materials come from local farmers.

The food and drink shelves carry spoon sweets of local fruit boiled in fresh syrup, liqueurs made in the shop on a raki base, raki itself and local wines, olive oil flavoured with herbs, and wild mountain herbs gathered in the area. Engraved and painted souvenirs complete the stock.
